Modalities offered for 60 minute session include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Tui Na, Reflexology, Lymph Drainage, Sports Massage Post-Event, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, and Medical Focus treatments. Acupuncture: Extremely thin needles are used to stimulate energy along pathways in the body. Acupuncture is often used for pain relief but has many other uses including but not limited to Digestive Disorders, Stress and Anxiety Relief, Fertility, Circulation, Weight Loss, Tremor Relief, and many more!
